Otherwise, what we could expect is a big healthcare crisis in form of various diseases. Plus, studies show that daily exercise gives extra confidence to the youth. Fitness Challenges in India

It is sad to see that wellness industry in India is largely unorganized. Though there are a few organized players, overall market is unfortunately fragmented. There is still to have an organized entity to consolidate the whole industry. A common fitness enthusiast is not only tired of finding the best fitness guidelines, but is less aware of a healthy diet as well. Now people just follow what they feel good and what they find on internet.

On market, we see products with tags like high-fiber, sugar-free, and low-cholesterol, but we are still not sure what to eat exactly to stay fit. It means the scope of fitness industry in India is yet to be completed explored. Bodybuilding fans, in the meanwhile, spend a lot of money on supplements. There are even agencies that sell duplicate supplements of leading global brands on market. A more refined fitness market could only let Indian youth consume the best in quality and stay muscular as per their wish.
