Fastrack Fitness Band Reflex 2.0 Review: All-to-Know About Fastrack Reflex Digital Black Dial Activity Tracker
The fitness band market in India is growing faster with a lot of products. All the major firms have their entries on the Indian activity band market. We have Fastrack’s Reflex 2.0 for a review here. Compared to several of its rivaling products, this Fastrack fitness band actually holds nothing special but is indeed a good quality product worth a look at. Stay with us to check our Fastrack fitness band Reflex 2.0 review below.
This is certainly a highly reliable activity tracker. It counts your steps and lets you know how many calories are burnt in the process and how long you have covered in walking or running. Further, it lets you stay connected to your handset with real-time notifications on messages, calls, and Whatsapp alerts, and etc… Above all, it has a sleep tracker, vibration alarm, sedentary warning system, and etc.
However, Reflex misses certain advanced features that you commonly see with a fitness band. For example, it doesn’t have a heart rate monitor. You have the heart rate sensor in other budget fitness bands like Xiaomi Mi Band 3, which falls roughly in the same price range. Except that, you get a nice fitness band and we would like to see more features of it in our Fastrack fitness band Reflex 2.0 review below.
Fastrack Fitness Band Reflex 2.0 Review
Coming to the specs, this is a stylish rectangular-shaped fitness band with a good quality TPU strap. The black dial glass shows the digits in a horizontal orientation, making it hard to read. However, the OLED display has a better output so you can read the data clearly. Sure, it could have been rather awesome if it featured a vertical orientation. Anyway, the plastic case has a 50mm diameter and is waterproof with IPX6 certification.
Well, the Fastrack fitness band highlights a number of appealing features. Except for the heart rate monitor, it has got a host of essential features. That is why, apart from its stylish look, you get a cool option to track many of your activities like walking and sleeping quite well. We would like to cover all the advantages and downsides of the device on our Fastrack fitness band Reflex 2.0 review below.
By the way, use the button above to order a unit of the fitness band if you like it. You get it in multiple shades, such as grey, black, purple, and etc. Each has a dual colored strap with different materials also. The inside layer ensures comfort in wearing. You have it with a steel hook to securely fasten on your arm.
Why Should You Buy
This is definitely an ideal activity tracker for fitness freaks on a budget. It tracks your steps, calories burnt, and distances covered quite well. Fine, it produced almost the same data in step counting compared to the results from my iPhone’s built-in step tracker. That surely testifies the accuracy of Reflex in tracking steps.
What’s more, Fastrack Reflex has got a pretty nice sleep monitor. I analyzed its performance by comparing it to my iPhone sleep tracker. Of course, there is only a small deviation making sure it comes with a fairly accurate sleep tracker as well. A sedentary reminder is obviously another attraction. The activity tracker, like all similar products, leaves you the option to set a reminder to frequently warn you against longer inactivity.
Apart from those fitness things, Reflex is equipped to offer you some additional services also. First, it notifies you with the calls, SMSes, and Whatsapp alerts that the connected handset receives. So you no longer need to pull the phone out of your pocket to check the updates.
Plus, it features a vibration alarm, a find your phone, and camera control features. Yes, you can set alarms and get up early not to miss your workout at the gym. Likewise, with a simple long press on its button, you can find your hidden phone quickly. And manage your phone camera on your wristband the same way. Also, it is water resistant and no some splashes of water will damage it. But make sure it doesn’t plunge into waters deeply.
Why Shouldn’t You Buy
Here on our Fastrack fitness band Reflex 2.0 review, we check out the reasons why it is not a fit for you. First off, Reflex doesn’t support most of your gym workouts. It only tracks your steps like all similar products in the price category. The worst thing, however, is that it lacks a heart rate sensor. So you can’t read the exact heart rate during your hard workout sessions. Most of its competition in the price range has it, though.
Another bad thing about Reflex, I think, is the mediocre design of the mobile app. Both the Android and iOS apps are not up to mark. I even happened to see some regular connectivity issues. The app regularly warns that the band is not connected and so the data is not reflected on the app as well. On my use for a week, I wanted to start over the connectivity process multiple times to access the data regularly.

Well, that has been our take on Reflex 2.0 fitness band from Fastrack. Ideally, this is not a good solution for a fitness freak, who wants to analyze his/her heart rate during the workout or normal life. Other than that, it has got almost the same features of its rivaling models on the market with accurate results, for sure. Plus, coming from Fastrack, a subsidiary of the watchmaker Titan, this is a product with some brand value as well.
Furthermore, Fastrack Reflex 2.0 is a stylish pick. With its cool look and black dial, it would certainly add a little charm to your arm. Most importantly, connected to your handset, it would bring you essential notifications quickly. That is certainly a matter of attraction besides its function as a fitness band.
